The information available regarding COVID-19 and the Delta variant continues to show that masks significantly reduce the spread of the virus, and FSU expects everyone to wear a face covering or mask at all times when inside any FSU facility, including our sports venues, even if you are vaccinated.

Sunrise Yoga

Yoga means union of body-mind-spirit. Yoga focuses on proper technique and safety, physical health and mental well being. Combine body postures, breathing techniques, and focus while increasing balance and flexibility. For all fitness levels! Bring a mat or towel to use, we will be conducting this session in the grass with a view of our beautiful Lakefront!

  • Free Parking if you bring your student
  • Yoga mats will not be provided. Please bring your own.

Swim, Paddle, or Relax by the Lake

Come enjoy the Rez Lakefront Park and Outdoor Center located on beautiful Lake Bradford. The Lakefront Park is located ¼ mile from the airport and four miles from the Florida State University campus. In our unique natural setting you can enjoy canoeing, kayaking, picnicking, swimming, sand volleyball, disc golf, and many other activities.
