Family Weekend is an annual tradition dating back to 1958 that invites families from all over to experience FSU's beautiful campus with their FSU students. NSFP hosts exciting programs and activities such as Friday Night @ FSU, the Get Up, It's Game Day! Fun Run and Walk, and Tailgate Brunch, and ensure that the weekend is filled with fun, food, and spirit.
As we continue to invite record-breaking numbers of students and families to campus each year, NSFP strives to elevate the quality and success of our first-year programs, campus traditions, and leadership development opportunities for all students and their families. Through collaboration with community partners NSFP will be able to continue making a positive and memorable weekend for students and families for years to come.
Our Priority Deadline is Friday, July 18, 2025 to ensure that all materials can be included in our event!

In-Kind Donations
In place of monetary partnerships, NSFP happily accepts in-kind support of our programs and events. In exchange for in-kind donations, you would receive recognition based on the in-kind value as it relates to the partnership levels detailed above.
What We Offer
On-campus partners will receive complimentary event promotions through our Family Weekend website, Know Before You Go: Family Weekend 2025 digital guide, and our printed Family Weekend Calendar.
Share your business and services with our students and families during dinner and brunch on our Friday night and Saturday morning. This slideshow will play for the duration of dinner and brunch as folks are dining with us.
Include a flyer in our Family Weekend bags to share more about your business and services. Please follow the below instructions:

The Family Connection portal and e-newsletter is powered by CampusESP, an online family portal (like Facebook) where NSFP shares information and communicates important dates, events, deadlines, and more to FSU families.
A Featured Post will be shared for a 1-week period. This post will appear at the top of the user’s news feed. Additionally, it will feed into the Family Connection e-newsletter based on each user’s selected notification preferences (monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, etc.)
We will offer limited spots for tabling during Family Weekend Check-In for all registered students and families at the FSU Student Union. Partners can table and give away swag to students and families as they explore the Student Union and prepare for Family Weekend. This tabling will last for the duration of Check-In, which is from 2pm-8pm on Friday, September 21.
Partners can be featured on a post shared to our Instagram and Facebook. This post will feature your business’s logo.
The Plan Your Stay page on our Family Weekend website features your business with a brief description of your services, as well as a logo and link back to your website.
The Know Before You Go: Family Weekend 2025 digital guide will be shared directly with all ticket-purchasers for Family Weekend. This guide contains important reminders and details related to check-in, parking, and the Family Weekend schedule. Additionally, this guide is ideal to communicate any lodging, food establishments, businesses, and resources that could enhance their travels to Tallahassee and FSU. This will be students’ and families’ preview to Tallahassee and FSU prior to Family Weekend.
Within the FSU Student Union, there are multiple digital screens in which you can share a graphic or image of your business throughout the building.
Partners at a certain level will be featured on a printed sign that will be displayed in the Student Union throughout Family Weekend 2025.
Participants will have the opportunity to add a Get Up, It's Game Day! Fun Run and Walk t-shirt to their run or walk on Saturday morning. Depending on the partner level, partners can have their business logo included on the back of this t-shirt.
