Family Weekend Programs & Activities

To make changes to your registration, or to request a refund, please call (850) 644-6860 or email familyweekend@fsu.edu. No refunds will be issued after Monday, September 20, 2021.

Please note: Processing fees collected as part of the registration process are paid to the registration software vendor and are non-refundable.

ACTIVE Advantage Membership

To request a refund for your ACTIVE Advantage membership, please contact the customer support team at ACTIVEadvantage@ACTIVE.com. With our Member Satisfaction Pledge, if at any time during your membership you are not completely satisfied, we’ll cancel your membership and give you a pro-rated refund for any unused months - no questions asked!
